Do I need to create an account to shop on the webshop?
We're happy to share that you don't need to create an account at all to make a purchase. Simply liking our product and wanting to make it a part of your home is sufficient. You can easily proceed through the entire purchasing process without the need to register. However, if you'd like to receive personalized promotional offers or newsletters where we share the latest news, new developments, and much more, then we strongly recommend to subscribe to our newsletter.
How to apply for the Ambassador Program
Yes, necessary. By filling out a form, you can request registration and become one of our B2B partners. This way, you not only receive the discounts, offers, and "secret" information available to private buyers but also become eligible to access wholesale trading conditions, obtain more detailed technical information, receive 2D and 3D files that.it's absolutely can facilitate your design process, access high-resolution photos, advertising and marketing materials, and, since we're generous, even request a sample kit.
Placing an Order
If I've added a product to my cart, can I cancel my purchase?
We would be very sad to see you cancel your purchase, but you can cancel your order at any point during the process. Moreover, if you've completed the purchase according to the steps offered by the webshop but ultimately don't need the product, you won't incur any additional costs during the production time (4-6 weeks, depending on the product). If you've already received the product, we also offer a 14-day period for you to cancel the purchase without any consequences. In this case, you would only be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Is it mandatory to accept the product by clicking the "Finalize My Order" button?
No, it's not. If for any reason you decide to change your mind after receiving the product, you can return it to us within 14 days without any consequences. In this case, the cost of returning the package will be your responsibility, but we will fully refund the purchase price to you.
Order Confirmation
How will I know that my order is live and valid?
Once you've completed your order by following the necessary steps and final confirmation, your order becomes live. This means that the production time required by us starts from the moment you confirm the order. However, to ensure that your order is indeed live, we promptly send you a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order, particularly focusing on the specifications of the ordered product and the shipping address. We ask for your patience for up to three days. If you haven't received our confirmation email after this time, please notify us at info@lineandround.io.
I'm unable to finalize my order because I see a bank error message during card payment. What's happening here?
This could either indicate that it's time for a bank switch or that your card's cash flow is limited. Don't worry! The webshop also offers you the option of bank transfer, for which we provide you with all the relevant bank details. Nowadays, bank transfers are almost as fast as instant card payments, so you won't have to wait weeks for a bank transaction to be credited, making it nearly as quick as immediate card payment.
Product Prices
What about VAT?
If you are buying from an EU member country, you are required to pay the Hungarian VAT. However, if you are ordering from a European country outside the EU or from a non-European country, or if you possess an EU tax number (as a company, B2B partner, etc.), then you are charged the net price. In these latter cases, any VAT, customs duties, or other taxes must be paid in your home country according to its regulations.
Why is the VAT rate so high?
Unfortunately, Hungary has the highest VAT rate in the whole of Europe. However, if you're a B2B customer and have an EU-compatible tax number, we can certainly provide you with products at the net price. But please remember that in this case, you'll need to pay the local VAT rate in your own country!
Could you sell me the product without VAT?
If you're a private individual (and an EU citizen) and don't have a business tax number, unfortunately, the answer is no. However, if you're purchasing through your own or another company and have an EU tax number, we can offer you the option of purchasing at a net price. In this case, the VAT payable on the product will benefit the budget of your own country, and it will likely be a lower amount than our 27%... If you're ordering from a country outside the EU, we'll invoice you at the net price. Of course, you'll need to pay the applicable taxes and customs duties in your own country!
If I were a registered B2B partner, how much more favorable price could I get for your products?
In short: a lot more favorable. Firstly, you'll have the immediate opportunity to buy at a net price in the webshop – of course, don't forget that in your own country (if it's an EU member), you'll need to pay the local VAT! If you're purchasing multiple items for a project, you'll be eligible for discounts based on the quantity purchased. If you want to become a returning reseller, we'll provide wholesale prices for your purchases. And of course, don't forget about the additional benefits of being a registered B2B partner, such as access to more detailed technical information, sharing 2D and 3D files to facilitate your design process, providing high-resolution photos, advertising and marketing materials, and, because we're nice, you can even request a sample kit.

How can I pay for the products?
You can use your bank card, following the steps provided by the webshop. This is probably the simplest way to make payment. However, if you find it more convenient to pay by bank transfer (for instance, if you prefer not to exceed your card limit or hesitate to provide your card details to a website), you can also opt for this method. You'll find all the necessary information for this on the payment page of the webshop (account number, IBAN, SWIFT code, etc.). Nowadays, banktransfers are almost as fast as instant card payments, so you won't have to wait weeks for a bank transaction to be credited.

Will I be at a disadvantage if I choose bank transfer instead of card payment?
You won't be at any disadvantage. If you find this method more comfortable, go ahead and use it. Your order will still be processed as soon as you initiate the transfer, and we'll receive notification of this. We'll confirm all of this to you with our confirmation email.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to every country in Europe, regardless of whether it is a member of the EU or not. I want to order to a non-European country, do you accept delivery there?
Our goal is to serve all our customers whenever possible. Therefore, if you're ordering from outside Europe, please contact us at info@lineandround.io so that we can find a solution to meet your needs.
What are the shipping costs for me?
The webshop's order interface calculates the exact shipping costs for you within Europe. There are no additional costs (packaging, logistics, etc.) added to this. The calculation is based on the country you have specified as the shipping address.
Do I have to order the product only to the country where I placed the order from?
Absolutely not. The shipping address is what matters to us. If you happen to be vacationing in an exotic country and feel like ordering from us while lying on the beach, go ahead and do it, so that when you return home, you'll have a wonderful product waiting for you.
Warranty and Withdrawal
What warranty do you offer for the products?
We strive to ensure that all our products reach you without defects and that you find joy in them for as long as possible. However, if a malfunction occurs or if there is a proven manufacturing defect that we couldn't have noticed despite our best intentions, we offer you the possibility of replacement or repair for one year. The discussion and decision-making process for this will be individual in each case, following an examination of the circumstances.

Yes, of course. Each of our manufacturing partners declares the conformity of their work with all relevant regulations.
